What will I receive?When you pay, you will be sent a certificate that you fill out
and send in with a $30 processing/ handling fee. You have 30 days to send your certificate in. After we receive the certificate,
we send you an actual Reservation Request Form that you fill out and send in with $25 (for taxes) on each vacation you choose.
After you send your Reservation request Form in, you have until 12-2005 to take your vacations. If you are not able to take
your vacations by 12-2005, you can call the travel agency and request an extension on your dates.
What Kind of Hotel Will I Be Staying In? Can I Pick The Hotel?You
will stay at a standard hotel such as HOLIDAY INN or a similar standard hotel subject to availability.You do not get to choose
the hotel/resort but you will be very satisfied at your accommodations. Some hotels/resorts provide mini-suites complete with
microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotels are ALWAYS guaranteed by the Travel Agency to be 3 star and better.
Can I bring a friend or friends??
The certificate is good for 2 adults, age 25 and older. Children are welcome at a small surcharge.
Do I Have To Attend Any Sales Presentation To Receive This Offer?
Absolutely not. You have
no obligation other than to have a good time. While you may be offered a timeshare presentation in exchange for tickets or
meals, you are not required to attend a timeshare presentation in order to receive your vacation stay.If you are asked to
attend a timeshare, you can decline and go on with your vacation.
Are There Any Blackout Dates On These Vacations?There are no blackout dates, Holiday
Traveling could be more difficult to get.You are allowed to check in 7 days a week, except for Las Vegas and Scottsdale locations,
which require checkin on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
What Is My Total Cost To That I Will Spend On The Two Vacations?You will pay
a $30 processing fee when you send in the certificate. You will receive a Reservation Request Form in the mail within
approximately 2 weeks after your certificate is sent in. You will fill out the Reservation Request Forms and send them in
to the travel agent to make your room reservation requests. When you mail in these forms, you will pay a room tax deposit
of $25 per vacation location per room (not per person) . Depending on the length of your stay, the $25 tax deposit may cover
your hotel tax cost. The $25 will cover the tax on the rooms on most locations in the U.S. Taxes are generally about $10 per
night per room for locations outside the US. In the Bahamas, they are about $14 per night per person. THAT'S IT!!! Of course,
you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use anyway.
What are the terms and conditions on the Reservation Request Form Once I recieve them?1. The reservation request forms entitles the registrant to complimentary accommodations for 2 adults,
at a choice of any two destinations, as listed.
2. The reservation request form is for two adults, who must be 25 years
of age or older, and possess two major credit cards.There is an additional cost per day for extra guests.
3. You may,at
your option, book your air travel through the travel agency. We may be able to offer you discounted airfare. In the event
you wish to drive or handle your own air reservations, a reservationist will contact you once you are confirmed , so you may
proceed with your transportation plans.
4.Please complete your reservation request forms, and mail to the travel agency
by 30 days after you receive them. Select your two requested departure dates, at least seven days apart, in chronological
order.
5. You may select two different destinations, choosing a seperate vacation on each form. Should you wish to use
your two destinations consecutively, complete both reservation request forms, and submit them together for one fabulous vacation.
6.
This reservation request form is valid for your guest room. It does not include transportation, food,beverages, taxes, portage,
gratuties, service charges, or incidental expenses.
7. Reservations must be submitted at least 45 days in advance and are
subject to space availability at time of booking, so make your reservations early; especially for holidays or peak seasons.
8. This registration form is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two destinations can be used consecutively,
or in conjunction with one another during the same travel period, however, they cannot be used for group travel. Travelers
may not use two certificates for the same destination within a one year period.
9. This registration form is fully transferable,
prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all Terms and Conditions. 10. This offer is valid through
December 15, 2005, and will be extended annually subject to current availability, with possible changes to destinations. 12.
